Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Handmade pottery is unique and may have slight variations in size, color and texture. These differences are part of the charm and beauty of each piece.

Damaged Items:

We take great care in packing your item for shipping. In the rare instance that your item is damaged upon arrival, take at least 2 pictures immediately upon receipt and contact us within 2 days. Your pictures should show:

• the inside/outside of shipping box and packaging
• the damaged/broken item

Our shipping pictures plus your pictures help us with the shipping insurance process.

Replacements:

We will gladly replace an item damaged during shipping within 10 business days, depending on whether we have the same edition item ready or if we need to create a new one.
