How are your items made?
Each piece is lovingly hand-crafted in our Northern California studio. Each piece of handmade pottery is unique and may have slight variations in size, color and texture. These differences are part of the charm and beauty of each piece. Learn more on our About page.

Do you work on commission or create customized pieces?

How to Use & Care for Your Purchases

What are the best ways to safely display my purchases?  
For artistic display of platters, plate stands work well. Plate wall mounts may work as well for smaller platters. Our small dishes/trays are quite versatile and can be used for food, jewelry, office supplies and just about anything else!

Are all of these items suitable for food? 
All of our pottery pieces are made with non-toxic, food-safe glazes and materials, making them perfect for everyday use.

How can I best take care of these pieces? 
All pieces are dishwasher safe. If you place items in the dishwasher, make sure they are not in contact with other items.  We recommend washing larger items (such as platters) by hand using soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid using scrubbing pads or abrasives that could damage the glaze or surface.  

Be mindful of impact. Handmade pottery is crafted with care, but it is still susceptible to chips or cracks if dropped or knocked. Handle with care and keep pottery away from high-traffic areas where accidental impact is more likely.

Are these items microwave-safe?
Yes,
 our pottery is microwave-safe. However, we recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes to maintain the integrity of your pottery (e.g., don’t take it from a hot microwave directly into cold water).

Orders

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship to the US & Territories. If you're not in our shipping zone but would like to make a purchase, we will try to make it happen. Please contact us before purchase. For more information, please view our official Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?
Thanks to our volume shipping rates, we're able to offer a low flat fee of only $6/item for ground shipping. This will appear on the Checkout page.

How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1 - 3 days for us to pack your order, followed by 3 - 7 days for shipping. 

How will my purchase be protected during shipping?
Your purchase is meticulously wrapped and protected for the shipping process. We take a picture of the work in the box right before it's sealed for shipment. All shipments are insured. For more information, please view our official Shipping Policy

My piece arrived broken or chipped. What should I do? 
In the rare instance that an item was damaged during shipping, please refer to our Refund policy.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the artistic and delicate nature of our work, we only offer replacements for pieces that arrive damaged in shipment. Please contact us if you need assistance or have questions about your purchase.

Gift Cards

Are your Gift Cards instant?
Our Gift Cards are sent via email instantly after your purchase is complete. You can opt to send a Gift Card directly to a recipient's email, or to yourself if you want to print it out first before giving it to someone.

How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Each Gift Card includes a unique code. During checkout, you'll see an option to enter that code. 

Do your Gift Cards expire?
No, our Gift Cards do not expire.
